Bring a Play to You

Six actors, boxes of props, and a costume rack spend every spring in a van, on the road to schools across Washington with 90-minute Shakespeare productions. The incredible actors use their minimal sets and beautiful costumes to bring Shakespeare’s words to life for students who aren’t able to travel to our home in Seattle.

We also have programs that we offer on-demand, so you have the flexibility to integrate them into your Shakespeare curriculum as needed. Listed below are the full performance experiences we are offering. We can also work with you to create supporting learning experiences just for your students, to fit with your curriculum. In 2021, instead of our usual spring tour, we presented a contemporary video production of Romeo y Julieta, an updated, bilingual, streaming video adaptation to share with your students! With Shakespeare’s text in Spanish, English & Spanglish, this production celebrated latinidad and queer culture in the classic love story and be a brand new way to experience this play. Free streaming will be available until December 2021.
